NewPRINCE2® Foundation & Practitioner
PRINCE2® is a structured project management method used to help organisations deliver high quality products within their cost and time constraints. PRINCE2® also helps organisations manage the risk inherent in growth and innovation. This method has been used successfully by both the public and private sector throughout the UK and abroad.
Participants of the PRINCE2® Foundation & Practitioner course will become proficient in PRINCE2’s® project management terminology, principles, and processes. They will also gain insight into project risk assessment, preparation for a project brief, and product based planning. Participants will explore case studies to learn how PRINCE2® training can be applied to their unique workplace.
This course is ideal for anyone looking to succeed in a project centred environment.
Participants will gain in-depth understanding of the fundamental PRINCE2’s® project management terminology, principles, and processes as well as designing a project management team, preparing a project brief, analysing risk, and identifying quality criteria.
