Mentoring Service
The vast majority of our trainers have had long and successful careers in public service. Having navigated their way through significant periods of change, across a wide range of policy and delivery areas, they are uniquely placed to offer mentoring support to current public servants.
As a mentor, they openly share their personal experiences – both successes and failures – to help existing leaders work their way through their own career path.
