360 Feedback Service
We work with managers and leaders as part of a 360 degree process to put feedback in context. We offer experienced coaches to work with senior managers on developing intrapersonal, interpersonal and leadership skills to maximise performance. These skills could include emotional intelligence, leading and managing change, managing conflict effectively, developing teams or personal impact.
The benefits of this coaching is that it enables leaders to reduce their 'blind-spot' by improving self-awareness and the opportunity to work on a regularly reviewed development plan to improve leadership skills. When clients choose a package of coaching sessions this facilitates a very effective four stage approach of diagnosis, planning, intervention and review. This not only impacts positively on the individual, but also the line manager, peers and staff.
