Tom is a global consultant and advisor to the private and public sectors on Leadership Development, Digital Transformation and Environmental Sustainability. He combines 20+ years of collective experience in Business and Digital Transformation with Sustainability Transformation to partner with businesses and governments to radically evolve and make a positive local and global impact.
Tom started his career in Accenture focusing on global business transformation programmes for large corporates such as Barclays, British Gas and 20th Century Fox. He has worked in the Cabinet Office as Senior Advisor on Digital and Technology Skill across UK Government and also created the first ever digital leadership programmes for the Department of Work & Pensions. In 2013 he also created a successful startup, TFB Consulting Ltd., that focuses on digital, culture and sustainability transformation. In the past few years he has worked across private & public sectors, multinationals to startups delivering Digital Leadership & Digital Transformation programmes and consultancy for clients such as:
