This is especially true of the younger generations who generally opt to communicate digitally.

It is therefore imperative that those in leadership positions are constantly building and updating the organisations brand, especially as today’s web-connected public expect greater levels of transparency and more immediacy in their interactions than ever before. Tom Bryant

Tom is a global consultant and advisor to the private and public sectors on Leadership Development, Digital Transformation and Environmental Sustainability.  He combines 20+ years of collective experience in Business and Digital Transformation with Sustainability Transformation to partner with businesses and governments to radically evolve and make a positive local and global impact.

Tom started his career in Accenture focusing on global business transformation programmes for large corporates such as Barclays, British Gas and 20th Century Fox.  He has worked in the Cabinet Office as Senior Advisor on Digital and Technology Skill across UK Government and also created the first ever digital leadership programmes for the Department of Work & Pensions. In 2013 he also created a successful startup, TFB Consulting Ltd., that focuses on digital, culture and sustainability transformation.  In the past few years he has worked across private & public sectors, multinationals to startups delivering Digital Leadership & Digital Transformation programmes and consultancy for clients such as:

  • World governments including UK, India, Malaysia, UAE and States of Jersey
  • Organisations such as GSK, Haven Power, QA, Legal & General, Royal Mail and The Crown Estate

With a strong focus on digital strategy and enabling digital through transformation programmes, behavioural and cultural change, he has led successful learning programmes such as Digital Leadership, Digital Culture & Innovation and Environmental Sustainability. He holds a Master’s in HR, Bachelor’s in Management, certifications in Sustainability and trained in Executive & Life Coaching.
