NewCommunicating for Trust, Clarity and Impact

Wednesday 29 July | 2:30–3:30 pm BST

Effective communication has never been more important for public sector organisations. Whether leading change, engaging stakeholders, supporting colleagues or delivering services, the ability to communicate clearly can strengthen trust, improve collaboration and help achieve better outcomes.

In this interactive webinar, Matt Greenough draws on his experience at the highest levels of government to explore why communication so often falls short and what leaders and professionals can do differently. Through practical examples and discussion, you'll discover the principles that make communication more relevant, credible and impactful in complex environments.

By the end of the webinar, you will be able to:

  • Recognise the factors that influence whether communication is understood, trusted and acted upon, and apply practical principles to communicate more clearly and effectively in your own role.

This webinar also introduces a new series of practical communication masterclasses designed to help public sector professionals build confidence across a range of real-world communication challenges.
