NewFrom Curiosity to Capability: Developing Essential AI Skills for the Workplace
With just four months remaining in 2026, now is the perfect time to take stock. How confident are you in your understanding and use of AI? Has your organisation moved beyond experimentation towards practical adoption? If AI is already being used formally or informally across your workplace, are you building the skills, confidence and governance needed to use it well? If not, what practical steps could you take before the end of the year?
Artificial Intelligence is already reshaping how public bodies operate, make decisions and deliver services. Yet for many people, AI remains something they are exploring through occasional experimentation rather than using confidently and professionally as part of their everyday work.
Whether you are a Director considering strategic opportunities and governance responsibilities, a manager looking to improve team productivity, or a frontline employee exploring new ways of working, AI fluency is rapidly becoming an essential workplace skill. Public bodies are at different stages of their AI journey. Some are already investing in AI tools and workforce development, while others are only beginning to explore what AI means for their organisation and services.

This free 45-minute interactive webinar is designed for individuals and organisations at any point on that journey. Through practical examples, audience polls and real-world success stories, we will explore how organisations are using AI today, what lessons can be learned from early adopters, and how individuals and teams can move beyond curiosity towards meaningful capability.
The session will explore current AI trends, emerging workplace applications and practical use cases across public sector functions. It will also highlight the skills and behaviours people need to work confidently in an AI-enabled environment.
This course is available In-House and can be tailored to meet your individual training requirements.
