Microsoft Copilot is embedded across every M365 application - but most users either ignore it or scratch the surface. This programme takes participants from basic chat interactions through to confident, daily use across the full M365 suite.

By the end of the day, every participant will have used Copilot to complete real work tasks across at least five applications.
