NewAI Tools: Prompt Engineering

Overview

The quality of your AI output is almost entirely determined by the quality of your prompts. Most people use AI tools at 20% of their potential because they haven't learned to write effective prompts.

This workshop closes that gap in half a day, giving participants a practical skill set they will use every single day.

Agenda

  1. Why Prompting Matters and How AI Really Works
  2. Core Prompting Techniques
  3. Prompting for Business Tasks
  4. Advanced Techniques & Building Your Prompt Library

Who Should Attend

Anyone who uses or wants to use AI tools more effectively - from employees to senior leaders. This is a hands-on, practical workshop.

Participants must bring their own device with access to an AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar). No technical background required.
