NewAI for Middle Management

Overview

Middle managers are the critical layer in any AI transformation. They translate strategy into team practice, manage the change at human level, and are closest to the operational problems AI can solve.

Without AI capable middle managers, even the best board strategy stalls. This programme is where theory meets practice.

Who Should Attend

Designed for middle managers, heads of department, team leaders, and those with operational management responsibility. Participants will gain practical AI skills they can apply to their team's work immediately - not just awareness, but hands-on capability.

This programme requires participants to bring their own device and, where applicable, access to their organisation's existing AI tools.
