He has been an L&D professional for over 25 years and his expertise covers, leadership and management, talent management, operational training, trainer training and training consultancy. He has also worked on policy teams, in a Private Office as well as holding a number of strategic and operational roles. He has worked in a variety of public sector organisations including the UK Home Office with his last role being an International Adviser in the Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office – Office for Conflict, Stabilisation and Mediation, working with governments around the world including NATO on institutional strengthening and public sector reform projects.
