Georgiana Marsic

In recent years, Georgiana shaped enterprise AI strategy and governance for Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) and led a portfolio of AI solutions across the business. She established the foundations for responsible AI by designing and establishing JLR’s Ethical Data & AI Governance Framework, authoring its AI policy and ethical principles, establishing and chairing the AI Steering Group, and embedding practical risk assessment, impact assessment, monitoring and assurance into delivery. She also led the organisation’s EU AI Act readiness programme and transformed Corporate Audit into a data-driven function, pioneering the use of continuous monitoring and auditing to improve assurance, insight and control.

Georgiana is now the founder of AI You Can Trust, where she advises leaders and organisations on trustworthy AI adoption, AI strategy, AI governance, AI management systems aligned to ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act readiness, AI-enabled process redesign, and executive AI education. Georgiana is part of the Head of AI network, acting as a fractional Head of AI / Chief AI Officer for organisations that need senior AI leadership, helping them define AI strategy, establish governance, shape operating models, prioritise use cases, and turn AI ambition into responsible, scalable delivery. She also provides consultancy to KT Secure, a cybersecurity and digital trust firm, advising on the intersection of AI governance, cybersecurity, digital trust, assurance and emerging technology risk.

In addition, Georgiana is the AI Governance Partner of Adeptiv AI, supporting organisations in operationalising AI governance through platform-enabled inventorying, risk assessment, vendor assessment, control mapping and regulatory readiness.

Georgiana is very passionate and deeply committed to fostering AI education. She collaborates with the University of Warwick, Surrey University and other organisations, contributing to executive education, leadership development and curriculum design in AI, digital transformation, AI governance and responsible innovation. She helps leaders understand not only what AI can do, but how to adopt it responsibly, strategically and with trust by design.
