NewWellbeing for Men: A modern approach to men’s mental & emotional health
Sick and tired of thinking that the only way to take care of your mental health is through talk therapy?
Meet Daniel Constable, he first-hand knows that the journey to mental and emotional wealth isn't a smooth transition. He has spent the last 11 years on a mission to get to that very place because he hit rock bottom and tried to check out a little too early. Has he hit that golden place of pure happiness? No. But the journey to becoming the best version of us doesn't have a destination.
it's a continuous and inspiring work in progress. This is precisely why he is inspired and driven to do what he does as a coach and trainer. Using his 11 years of personal development experience, he has created programmes for everyone to join him on this journey. He uses the tools that helped him get from rock bottom to a place of peace, clarity, and most importantly, connection. So, you don't have to go through 11 years of working with coaches, therapists, counselors, or attending retreats in Asia.
You may think, "I'm alright, mate. I can tough this out and just get on with it!" But societal pressures, conditions, and expectations that have been programmed into us since birth can make it challenging to prioritise our mental and emotional health.
This stops us from cultivating deep, meaningful connections and showing up in a truly courageous way—not just the way of traditional masculinity.
Dan has created this training programme to help empower you with practical strategies for creating connections with others, redefining masculinity, developing daily habits to maintain mental health, managing stress, building resilience, and cultivating courage.
This course is specifically designed for men who are seeking a deeper understanding of their mental and emotional well-being. Recognising the unique societal pressures and expectations that men face in the UK and beyond, this training provides a safe and open space solely for men to discuss, explore, and address their feelings and challenges.
Our trainer, Daniel Constable, believes in the importance of creating an environment where men can freely express themselves without judgement. As such, this course is exclusively for men, ensuring a comfortable and supportive atmosphere where participants can be vulnerable, share their experiences, and learn from one another. Whether you are someone who has faced mental health challenges or simply wish to gain a better understanding of your emotional well-being, this course offers valuable insights and tools tailored to the male experience.

From a tender age, Dan struggled with sensitivity and understanding social cues, leading to anxiety and later severe depression. Feeling the urge to suppress his emotions, Dan, unfortunately, attracted traumatic experiences, notably being bullied throughout his school years and later facing workplace bullying and domestic violence.
However, this ignited Dan's passion for personal development. Recognising his challenges as lessons, he embarked on a transformative journey to nurture his mental wealth. Over the past decade, Dan has collaborated with a diverse range of professionals, from therapists to spiritual guides, each playing a pivotal role in his growth.
Rejecting the conventional measures of success, Dan has carved out his unique path. Today, he stands as a beacon of resilience, having overcome addiction, emerged from violent scenarios, and founded successful businesses. He cherishes the support of healthy relationships and a nurturing community.
With unwavering resolve, Dan's mission is now to guide men through their unique journeys. He is a staunch advocate for mental well-being, championing deep self-connections, and the importance of inner peace.
