This is what the Public Wants from Public Services

A study by the organization Collaborate was conducted which asked public what they wanted and expected from public services. Overwhelmingly the study shows that the public views maintaining a manageable standard of living as one of the responsibilities of the government. A large majority of those spoken to also identified that being treated with respect was as important to them as achieving desired outcomes.  http://tinyurl.com/l2nswl3
