Peers raise fears of Drip power-grab

There is a strong chance that the House of Lords may oppose the Government's emergency surveillance bill. Members of the constitution committee stated that it is dangerous to "fast track" the bill, and they argued that the legislation would give broad powers to the Home Secretary.
