Civil Service College recognised for commitment to quality by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO)
LONDON, 12 JAN 2017 – Civil Service College has been recognised for their commitment to quality by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).
ISO 9001 is recognised worldwide as the international benchmark for quality within an organisation.
By achieving our ISO 9001 certification, Civil Service College is able to demonstrate to customers and suppliers that the systems we have in place meet the high standards set out by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).
To gain the ISO 9001 certification, Civil Service College had to demonstrate our dedication and commitment to meeting our customers’ needs, operating efficient management processes and delivering consistent, good quality products and services.
Each year, an external Audit is carried out by a third party to ensure our systems are maintained and any non-conformances are noted for correction.
Chief Executive of Civil Service College, Sonny Leong CBE, said: “We are delighted to be ISO 9001 recognised. This milestone will allow us to build on our success, and offer an even wider variety of training courses, serving public servants and future leaders in the UK and beyond.”
“Our courses are committed to quality, not just quantity. Our trainers are authoritative and skilled, with vast experience at the heart of Government in the UK, Europe and across the world. The growth of this network since our founding in 2012 reflects our continued commitment to quality of our services. It is also why our clients keep coming back.”
QMS International for Civil Service College, said: “The Civil Servant College has a long term commitment to quality. This is reflected in the wealth of experience in their network of professional trainers. The leadership team, led by Sonny Leong CBE, proved to be instrumental in building a formidable reputation in a few short years.”
Civil Service College (CSC) was founded in 2012, inheriting the mission to provide public sector training by the National School of Government (closed in 2010). Today, Civil Service College offers a wide variety of innovative training courses, from accountability and governance to leadership training, finance management, project management and personal development – all of which can be customised to fit your specific training needs.
