Civil Servants Fear Government May Seize Up in the Runup to Election

Civil Servants have shown in a recent poll that they fear that the government will not function properly due to political requests from the parties. Civil Servants have already reported difficulties between departments as they are being asked to brief against government policy. Civil Servants have stated that they have noticed instructions which are being given that is exclusionary to other parties and merely serves as material for party manifestos.  http://tinyurl.com/pvl4fek
