It responds to the growing need for skilled consultants and public sector professionals who can support efficient service delivery, manage change and design effective organisational structures.
Across the programme, participants learn how to assess organisational performance, identify drivers of change and apply structured consultancy methodologies. The learning approach blends briefings, discussions, case studies and practical exercises, ensuring both conceptual understanding and hands‑on experience.
