This comprehensive programme merges the essential elements of executive leadership development with the transformative power of emotional intelligence and artificial intelligence (AI). The workshop offers a forward-thinking approach to executive and transformative leadership, equipping participants with the skills needed to thrive in a technology-driven world while emphasising the importance of emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, and continuous innovation.

Delegates will identify a real-life leadership challenge prior to the workshop and work through it during the programme. Interactive activities, group work, and real-life simulations enable participants to practise new skills and approaches, including influencing, conflict resolution, responsible decision-making, and integrating AI with emotional intelligence.
