By bringing together a group of senior women, this programme 'Women and Breakthrough Leadership' creates an environment where participants can focus on the link between self-awareness, empowerment and leadership. As they explore leadership best practices, uncover their hidden resources and strengths and exchange ideas with their peers, participants will acquire new insights and strategies for creating environments that foster and sustain organisational success. They will return to work prepared to inspire their colleagues, act with confidence, and lead with lasting impact.
Women and Breakthrough Leadership programme is designed for women who are currently operating at a leadership level and those who aspire to become the leaders of tomorrow. All of our open programmes are delivered in an interactive and engaging style and will require full participation from participation.
