NewDeveloping and Delivering Effective Strategy and Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation Toolkit

This toolkit course combines the following courses:

Developing and Delivering Effective Strategy - 5 days

Results Based Monitoring and Evaluation - 5 days

The connection between strategy development and delivery and monitoring & evaluation is both essential and cyclical, forming a continuous feedback loop.  Strategy development is the phase where organizations set their goals, define priorities, and outline action plans to achieve desired outcomes.

Delivery is the implementation of these plans, turning strategic intentions into tangible actions. However, the success of strategy development and delivery depends significantly on expert project management and continuous monitoring & evaluation, which ensures that goals remain aligned with actions and allows for adaptation when needed.

In week one the course, explores the basic approach to strategy development and introduces delegates to the tools, techniques and frameworks they can apply to increase the likelihood that their strategies will succeed, even in the most volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) of environments.

In week two, this course will equip participants with the knowledge to understand where and how M&E fits within the organisational or national framework, and the strategies required for its successful design, build and integration.
