NewApplication of Financial Reporting to Improve Performance

Dates:

  • 02 - 08 August 2027

Workshop Overview

Good quality information is absolutely necessary at all levels of the organisation if high performance is to be achieved in pursuit of the objectives set.  Indeed, information can be the major driver of change.  Financial information is a critical element of overall management and strategic information.  IPSAS and IFRS have made significant changes to the ways in which financial performance is measured and have triggered potential major areas of improvement.

If financial information is to be optimally powerful it needs to be integrated with other aspects of information.  This includes matching the application of finance to the achievement of our objectives.
