NewNormalising Emotional and Mental Health in the Workplace

Mental and emotional health is an area that has had increased attention in the last 20 years widening our understanding but more importantly humanizing our felt experiences. Despite this increase in our understanding mental and emotional health concerns can still be a taboo subject especially in the workplace where employees may have anxieties about performance and outcomes.  Dependant on a variety of factors (workload, skill set, culture of the organisation, bullying etc.)

This course is an introduction to mental health and emotional wellbeing.  Its aim is to help you to have some techniques to better improve your own mental and emotional health as well as support you in developing a better work life balance.
