NewUnlock Your Leadership Potential: Mastering Conflict, Negotiation & Stakeholder Engagement

In today’s competitive world, organisations must maximise each opportunity and pivot quickly to grow. Exceptional leadership is essential. Leaders must engage talent, guide teams through change, and make smart decisions to stay ahead of the curve. With so many challenges, how do you design powerful, purposeful leadership experiences that move the needle?

Join Keith Bleasdale and Ben Bleasdale on the 17th April, 14:30 BST to help ‘Unlock Your Leadership Potential’ and discover how to develop the key competencies that elevate you from manager to impactful leader.

Leadership is a journey, not a destination. Leadership starts with self-development, then extends to your team, and ultimately shapes your organisation.

In this session, you'll learn:

  • Why leadership is a competency to develop, not just a role you hold.
  • How to equip yourself with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to:
    • Provide strategic direction for your team.
    • Deliver sustainable change within your organisation.
    • Optimise individual and team performance.

We will delve deeper into 3 crucial leadership concepts:

  • Conflict Resolution Strategies: Learn conflict resolution techniques to transform disagreements into productive discussions and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Win-Win Negotiation Tactics: Discover negotiation strategies that secure favourable outcomes while maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Stakeholder Management: Master the art of stakeholder engagement, ensuring everyone feels valued and contributes to achieving shared goals.

We will also be taking a closer look at these concepts in practice, using a case study.

Unlock Your Leadership Potential: It's a Skillset, not a Title

This webinar is perfect for:

  • Leaders at all levels
  • Managers seeking to improve team dynamics.
  • Professionals looking to enhance their communication and negotiation skills.

His career background centred on business and product development in the medical industry, where he was responsible for an international team with a broad range of specialisms, from R&D to Marketing to Sales. After realising a passion for helping people realise their potential, his career focus shifted  towards Leadership development where he has designed and delivered hundreds of programmes for many blue chip customers and countless SMEs spanning a huge range of industries. To add to his degree in business development, Ban has also graduated from the Institute of Leadership & Management as a Level five certified coach.

Ben’s commitment to continually surpass expectations on training programmes and professional coaching alike, is centred on developing strong partnerships with clients to make sure that interventions address relevant objectives and relatable challenges - Great relationships underpin all successes in life.

As a keen drummer, Ben’s favourite quote is from Dave Grohl, which (when censored!) translates to “Buy an old drum set, get in the garage and just be terrible. Get your friends to come in and they’ll be terrible too. And then you’ll start playing and you’ll have the best time you ever had and all of a sudden you’ll become Nirvana.” It says everything about the impact of passion, dedication and practice.
