In this one day course we’ll understand the specific benefits to your organisation which proactive diversity management will bring. We’ll show how inclusive leadership is linked to performance improvements, cost-saving and reducing inequalities in your services to the public. Ultimately, we’ll be discussing how unlocking an inclusive approach will make you more authentic and effective as a leader of others.
Our diversity and inclusion specialists will facilitate a practical and engaging session to introduce a range of techniques – including our approach to managing unconscious bias – which will support you in all aspects of effective leadership.
