Developing Assertiveness Skills for Women

At a glance, we notice more and more role models and women leader across many public sectors. The biggest challenge that women face… is themselves! You may have a collective feeling of self-doubt, question your ability to lead, undermining yourself even though the success is evident. The correct term for this sense of feeling like a fraud is known as the Imposter Syndrome.

Developing Assertiveness Skills for Women is a popular online course within our Professional Development Skills series. This will train you with assertiveness techniques and skills for you to lead your team with confidence. Share in a safe space your own personal challenges and together we can combat and override this feeling.

At the Civil Service College, we tailor our courses to each attendee’s role and organisations, ensuring that each delegate gets the most out of the training. Our courses and trainers are continuously updated and evaluated to ensure that we are always delivering the best service possible.
