Co-Production: Delivering in an equal and reciprocal relationship
Co-production will be a crucial innovation within the Public Sector and Civil Service in the future in reshaping public services to find new forms of value. This course will enable delegates to create a baseline and understand strategies to move new forms of deep co-creation and co-production.
This training course will explore the ways that organisations interact with the public and how they can think creatively about tapping into the value created by citizens to reshape and enhance public services. It will also give participants a thorough introduction to the theory of co-production and show them how to apply it to their own practice and organisation using a series of examples and case studies from across the public sector.
Part of our Policy Skills series, the Co-Production: Working with Citizens course looks at innovating the way that public services are currently delivered, guiding and encouraging delegates to think outside the box in search for new solutions
At Civil Service College, we pride ourselves on our ability to tailor our courses to each delegate, ensuring that courses are applicable to attendee’s role and organisations so that each delegate can get the most from the training. Our courses and trainers are constantly updated and evaluated to ensure that we are always delivering the best service possible. .
This training course is suitable for senior managers and those aspiring to senior roles.
Participants will be able to apply co-production theories to a range of Public Bodies. Participants will also leave with a model to assess and redesign their own organisation in order to support the implementation of co-production.
