Effective Communications for Great Leaders

Don’t just be a good leader, be a ‘great’ leader. Effective communication is extremely important in leadership. When leaders think what they communicate is ‘right’, can also be quite ‘wrong’, or they can be unaware they are doing worse, for instance; unintendedly undermining, or disempowering individuals.

Effective communication adhered correctly can boost employee morale, improve engagement, and ultimately achieve better organisational results. With this efficiency in leadership and communication comes a significant return of investment.

This online expert-led virtual course from our Leadership & Management Series, supports leaders to adjust communications to their audience’s needs. Learn to deliver communications and for the workplace to differentiate between the minor and major messages. Communicate your goals, visions, and aspirations, as well as what is expected from you and what is expected from them. Be that ‘great’ leader.

Key training features:

  • Discover different communicative scenarios we experience in the workplace environment
  • Explore learning techniques of Forum Theatre to put into practice effective communications
  • Learn to encourage social inclusion, appreciation, and value

  • Explore psychologically the social triggers of negative and positive outcomes
