Effective Communications for Great Leaders
Don’t just be a good leader, be a ‘great’ leader. Effective communication is extremely important in leadership. When leaders think what they communicate is ‘right’, can also be quite ‘wrong’, or they can be unaware they are doing worse, for instance; unintendedly undermining, or disempowering individuals.
Effective communication adhered correctly can boost employee morale, improve engagement, and ultimately achieve better organisational results. With this efficiency in leadership and communication comes a significant return on investment.
This online expert-led virtual course from our Leadership & Management series supports leaders to adjust communications to their audience’s needs. Learn to deliver communications and for the workplace to differentiate between the minor and major messages. Communicate your goals, visions, and aspirations, as well as what is expected from you and what is expected from them. Be that ‘great’ leader.
At the Civil Service College, we tailor our courses to each attendee’s role and organisation, ensuring that each participant gets the most out of the training. Our courses and trainers are continuously updated and evaluated to ensure that we are always delivering the best service possible.
This online training for ‘Effective Communications’ is for current and aspiring leaders, applicable for Board Members, Senior Executives and Managers, who are looking to enhance their leadership development through communication.
