Conflict Resolution - Series
Three courses from this series are required to be booked to run (please see related courses at the bottom of this page)
Conflict can be defined as ‘a serious disagreement between people, organizations, or countries with opposing opinions: conflict a matter or situation regarded as unwelcome or harmful and needing to be dealt with and overcome.’ We face conflict situations on a regular basis so it is prudent to develop ways to resolve them with efficiency. This course is designed to give practical tools to understand the stages of conflict and how to successfully manage them – the techniques are dynamic, flexible and easy to use.
Conflict Resolution - Series is an online course within our Leadership & Management series. At the Civil Service College, we tailor our courses to each attendee’s role and organisations, ensuring that each delegate gets the most out of the training. Our courses and trainers are continuously updated and evaluated to ensure that we are always delivering the best service possible.
