Continuous downward pressure on resources in the public sector within the context of increasing demand for public services continues to challenge public sector organisations as they make important choices about where to invest their limited funds. In this environment, the importance of robust and relevant business cases to aide decision-taking has never been more important. This course will provide an introduction to the development of business cases and the key things to look out for when reviewing and challenging business cases.
